Festive Afternoon Tea

Putting a yuletide twist on a year-round favourite, our festive afternoon tea combines a taste of Christmas with delicious afternoon tea must-haves and tipples to whet the appetite. The Festive Tea is €50pp and includes sandwiches, pastries, tea infusions and coffee, along with an opportunity to enhance the experience with Christmas cocktails, making it the ultimate treat this season. 

Our festive Tipsy Tea includes a selection of traditional sandwiches including Dylan’s signature Irish smoked salmon with cucumber cream cheese, duck liver parfait served on homemade brioche with a cranberry compote, a slow roasted turkey fillet finger sandwich with truffle dressing, and an aged cheddar and Limerick baked ham finger sandwich with mustard aioli. These delicious sandwiches are followed by an afternoon tea staple of warm vanilla scented scones served with clotted cream and a medley of preserves.

Then, indulge in the hand-made pastries with a festive and seasonal twist. Enjoy an orange and Grand Marnier Crème Brulée, an almond and hazelnut financier with a roasted chestnut and honey Cremieux, an egg nog and rum custard tart, a mulled wine and cherry jelly, tiramisu with mascarpone and amaretto expresso savoiardi, and a mini-Christmas pudding.

Served Daily from 1pm until 5pm, in the beautifully decorated surrounding of Dylan Bar, The Ruby Room or The Eddison Restaurant. 

Be serenaded by a live harpist in the cozy luxurious Ruby Room - Harpist available during Afternoon Tea hours (1 - 5pm) on the 7th, 14th and 21st of December - limited availbilty.
